The Cherryleaf Coffee House on St Giles in the Norwich Lanes is a gorgeous find for anyone with a fondness for great coffee and equally sublime homemade fare.

 

The interior is everything a good coffee house should be – traditional enough to be comfortable, warm and inviting, but modern enough to appeal to all ages. A sofa area and light radio tones enhance the spacious, airy setting.

 

Coffee lovers won’t be disappointed with the impressive selection of 7 single origin beans from around the world, all freshly ground to order. Experienced Owner-Barista Em Johns is exceedingly knowledgeable on all things coffee-related.

 

If tea is more your thing, a vast selection of fine green, white, black and organic herbal teas by chic tea brand, Teapigs, should hit the spot (We love the sound of Popcorn Tea). You can even treat yourself to a Cream Tea, complete with scone, jam and clotted cream.

 

If you’re looking for a bite to eat, you’ll be spoilt for choice with tasty breakfast options, homemade soup, and freshly filled rolls and wraps. This is before we get to the sweet stuff…

 

Scones are baked daily and delights such as Victoria Sponge with Poppy Seeds (scrumptious) and Carrot & Walnut Cake (delicious and oh-so-moist) are enough to tempt even the strongest resolve.

 

There are plenty of wheat- and gluten-free options available, and Em is happy to cater for special dietary needs – just ask!

 

Whether you need a central location to meet to discuss business, meet Mummy friends with the munchkins or escape for a slice and a cafetiere amid a hectic day of retail therapy, the Cherryleaf Coffee House is, quite frankly, the business when it comes to brews.

 

Cherryleaf Coffee House is available to hire for parties and wedding receptions. Em is only to happy to help with the catering, providing a buffet, canapés and cakes tailored to your requirements.

 

Why not incorporate the Cherryleaf Coffee House’s retro tricycle into your event? Selling divine freshly squeezed lemonade and/or ice cream from the local Lakenham Creamery, it makes a novel refreshment option for your guests and a memorable addition to any day.
