Located in the ‘Golden Triangle’, The Unthank Arms is a lively pub, combining a warm, informal atmosphere with excellent dining and a varied wine list, all at very agreeable pub prices.  The interior comfortably marries traditional with contemporary – exposed floor boards and stripped wooden furniture against a backdrop of clarets and original Victorian detailing.  Upstairs, the restaurant enjoys a separate lounge where you can sample a monthly changing menu, mouth-watering selection of desserts and 25 wines from around the world, all available by the glass as well as by the bottle.

 

The Unthank is an ideal venue for your wedding or celebration. The more-than-capable chefs are delighted to be able to tailor a menu to suit the occasion. There is a separate reception room (for up to 100 guests) or the whole pub can be available (for up to 200+ guests). Smaller groups can also be catered for, perhaps for your pre-wedding dinner or lunch. The large garden can be used for BBQs or pre-reception drinks and canapés.

 

For those who want a truly individual wedding day (think bangers’n’mash for your wedding breakfast or entertainment supplied by Chas & Dave), The Unthank provides a bespoke service. Why not choose a Sunday night or an unusual theme? Prices are extremely competitive and great value for money.
