The Hog in Armour is conveniently based in the City Centre, only yards from the eclectic shops of the Norwich Lanes, arts venues such as Norwich Arts Centre, Norwich Playhouse and the Theatre Royal, and all the historical attractions that Norwich has to offer. Now part of the family-run Richardson’s Group (who also own the popular Racecourse inn on Salhouse Road in Norwich), The Hog successfully evokes the warm, friendly feel of a traditional public house downstairs while harbouring one of the City’s most chic, modern bars upstairs.

A tasty cosmopolitan lunch menu that includes solid favourites and vegetarian options is available as well as a traditional roast on Sundays. A healthy selection of beers, wines, spirits and coffee balances any meal perfectly.
The Hog also offers a split-level 150-capacity function room with exclusive adjoining bar that is available for hire for parties, corporate events and meetings.

Food is served Mon-Fri 12noon-3pm, and 12noon-6pm at the weekend, with a carvery roast on Sunday.
On Wednesdays at 8pm, you can test your knowledge of trivia and win cash and drink prizes with the 'Quizzard of Hog'.
Thurs-Sun there is a late night bar with entertainment upstairs (7pm-1am). Monday night is especially for students (7pm-1am).
