Q: Some of the sections don't have many listings in them. Why?

A: Here at EnjoyNorwich we believe in quality over quantity. As such the sections will never be lists of everything and anything in Norwich. We try to highlight the unique or special, and if we can't find anything really special for a particular section, it will remain empty. We are not an all-encompassing directory - they already exist in many forms. We are not interested in listing all things, just great things.

 

Q: Is EnjoyNorwich.com affiliated to any other websites? Who actually owns the site?

A: EnjoyNorwich is an independent resource owned by Norwich Company Bishy B Industries Limited. People who were born in and live in Norwich maintain it. The site is self-funding and is not associated with or linked to any other network or Company. We believe that this independence offers greater flexibility for our site visitors and better service for the businesses and venues that we feature.

Q: Why aren't the listings on EnjoyNorwich.com in alphabetical order?

A: EnjoyNorwich is not intended to be a conventional directory, but a source of inspiration and new ideas. If you already knew what you were looking for, EnjoyNorwich wouldn't be as valuable to you. We want you to browse our pages and find something new and exciting to do in Norwich each time you visit. Order is not as important as content on EnjoyNorwich as we believe there should be no order to our dreams.

 

Q: I've just had a wonderful experience at a restaurant in Norwich but it's not listed on EnjoyNorwich.com. I think it's well worth including on this site.

A: While we do our best to add as many lovely places to EnjoyNorwich as we can, and are always looking out for new and wonderful additions to the site, we are more than grateful for suggestions to help make this resource as useful and complete as possible. Q: How do you decide what to include on EnjoyNorwich?

A: Members of the EnjoyNorwich Team (or their trusted Family and Friends) have eaten, had drinks, visited, stayed at, shopped at or used all of the products, venues and services featured here before including them on EnjoyNorwich. We are also open to suggestions from you and will follow up any recommendations diligently. We are committed to an independent editorial policy that will never be compromised in it's original intent - to inform you of the best establishments in the City and to make your experience in Norwich as special as possible.

 

Membership Questions

Q: What should I do if I lose my card?

A: If you lose your card or if it is destroyed, we are happy to provide you with a replacement card. Replacement cards are charged at £5. Please enclose a cheque for that amount (made payable to Bishy B Industries Limited) when writing to report a lost or stolen card.

Q: How do I get the discounts and deals listed on the websites?

A: Simple - just show your card at the shop or venue when you pay for your goods or pay your bill. If you are booking tickets over the telephone, mention that you are a cardholder and bring the card with you when you collect your tickets in case you need to show it.

 

Q: What if I forget my card? Will I still get the discounts etc.?

A. Unlikely. Venues are only required to honour their particular deal if a valid Privilege Card is shown to them and it is rare that they will 'let you off' on the pretext that you've forgotten yours. Best advice - keep your card in your purse or wallet at all times just in case you want to use it!

 

Q: Will the deals that you are offering now change?

A: Yes - we are continually updating and adding to the site so the main thing to remember is that the deals we offer will increase. Venues may also change their deals from time to time to give you different savings and privileges.

 

Q: What sort of people join the EnjoyMent Membership Scheme?

A: Simply put, anyone who cares where they spend their time and, of course, money. EnjoyNorwich and the EnjoyMent scheme are for everyone - old or young, male or female - who values a high quality product or excellent service. The establishments we feature represent the finest aspects of dining, drinking, being pampered, shopping and generally living in Norwich. The EnjoyMent Privilege Card serves to make experiences in these places that little bit more extra-special. Think of it not as a 'discount card', more a 'lifestyle enhancement tool'!

Q: I love the images used throughout the site? Can I use them on my website?

A: All BBIL material is copyright and must be licensed. If you would like to use any of the images owned by BBIL (including images used throughout the website, images taken for use in feature articles or listings) please contact our Head Office to arrange a licence fee.
