Reopened 2 years ago after extensive refurbishment, The Parson Woodforde Freehouse & Restaurant is also a 4 Star Inn (EnjoyEngland) with 4 rather lovely Bed & Breakfast rooms.
The rooms, two super-king sized, two double, all en-suite, have been tastefully and luxuriously styled to complement the rustic building that dates back to 1827.
Each room contains a Vi-Spring mattress, luxurious Egyptian cotton bed linen, large flat screen TVs with freesat channels, modern, fully-tiled bathrooms & shower rooms and tea & coffee making facilities. Obviously a rather yummy Full English Breakfast is included in the room rate.
Aside from the fabulous building itself, and the well-thought interiors, The Parson Woodforde has an enviable location from which to explore Norwich and Norfolk. A large restaurant serving mouthwatering, locally-sourced cuisine and a well-stocked freehouse pub serving wines, cask ales and beers make it a very relaxing place to return to after a day of shopping and sightseeing in the ancient City of Norwich, exploring the North Norfolk Coast, or getting back to nature in and around the Norfolk Broads.
Rooms One & Two have an interlocking door that allows the option of a Family Room if required.
