Only 25 minutes from Norwich, Banham Zoo has been rated amongst the UK’s top three Zoos by WHICH?
Set amongst 35 acres of beautiful parkland and gardens, the Zoo features innovative and exciting enclosures, providing sanctuary for almost 100 animals ranging from big cats to Shire horses. Many of the areas allow you to get up close to the animals and there are plenty of feeding talks and displays throughout the day, including one of the largest and most exciting Birds of Prey displays in the UK (how do you feel about a vulture literally hopping past you where you sit?).
A free safari road train takes you around the Park, accompanied by a fascinating live commentary on some of the animals you will meet. There is also an indoor soft play area, Tarzan Towers adventure play area and much, much more.
Visit the website to discover more about Banham Zoo experience days (fancy being a keeper for a day?), birthday parties and animal sponsorship.
