Famous County landmark housing an outstanding selection of fine art, archaeology & natural history, as well as exhibitions.

Open Mon-Fri 10am-4.30pm (5.30pm during school holidays), Sat 10am-5pm (5.30pm during school holidays), Sun 1pm-5pm. Open Bank Holidays.

Closed 23-26 Dec 2008 and 1st Jan 2009.

Varying admission charges depending on access required but an average of about £5 per person. Concessions available for children, students, etc.
